The company is in good hands. Seven years ago, the Founder, Muneer Nawab founded a digital agency called Crowdlinker*, which has done millions of dollars in sales, scaled up to 30 employees and still going strong. It works with top companies like Shopify, NBC and the Toronto Raptors to name a few.

LiveHubPro is a revolutionary new platform. We recruit independent sales reps working from home. We empower them to advise consumers on big ticket purchases and sell on behalf of businesses across the country. This is all done via live video and a state of the art marketing automation system.

Our two current focus areas are HVAC (Home Heating & Cooling) and Insurance, however we have plans to expand to many more verticals in the future.

Positions we are currently recruiting for:

Insurance Phone Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated insurance sales representative to join our inside sales team. The agent’s role will be to reach out to prospects via phone and video calls, explain and advise on products,  and set up meetings. This work can be done remotely from home. 

Responsibilities

  • Engage in meaningful dialogue with customers to address their needs.
  • Establish a personalized experience via telephone or video-chat communication with customers to create a climate of trust
  • Identify and make recommendations on types of basic coverage that would best needs of potential customers
  • Build trust and credibility with potential customers to turn leads into sales.
  • Support the promotion, education, and sales of insurance products
  • Work with internal teams to meet marketing goals
  • Passionate about sales, and a strong desire to learn, meet business targets, and grow as part of a team.
  • Set and achieve customer service and sales goals
  • Provide answers to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Must possess excellent presentation and selling skills, including strong business acumen.
  • Ability to effectively communicate product and technical information.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally over the phone.
  • Ability to prepare and provide accurate information about products, and costs to customers.
  • Ability to provide accurate information to customers and troubleshoot when required.
  • Interest in the insurance industry.

Nice-to-haves:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Insurance industry experience is an asset. 
  • Insurance Agent license is an asset but not essential

Marketing Co-Founder

We’re seeking a strong leader to take on the role of co-founder to join our team. Initially, the role will entail work to set the strategy for the business and work to take our products and services to the next level. You will be an equity partner, and like the other co-founders, will receive compensation once we have raised funds and/or generate revenue.

As a co-founder, you will be a visionary leader who knows how to tell a compelling story. You will help us become a leading organization in the home services industry, and you will be responsible for the overall marketing business operations, revenue generation, and growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Set the marketing strategy for our brands, products, and services
  • Help build and lead a team to support and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Pitch to new business clients
  • Overseeing marketing and ad campaigns
  • Contributing to the sales strategy and campaigns
  • Maintaining a strong social media presence
  • Managing marketing videos and webinars
  • Growth hack via various digital marketing channels
  • Participating in pitches and new business development

Design Co-Founder

We’re seeking a strong leader to take on the role of co-founder to join our team. Initially, the role will entail work to research, prepare recommendations, and test concepts that will resonate with the audience to generate sales. You will be an equity partner, and like the other co-founders, will receive compensation once we have raised funds and/or generate revenue.

As a co-founder, you will be a visionary leader who knows how to tell a compelling story. You will help us become a leading organization in the home services industry, and you will be responsible for the planning and designing of projects from inception to completion.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and testing concepts in conjunction with the Marketing team and other co-founders
  • Help build and lead a team to support and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Research and design powerful UI/UX concepts to bring our brand vision to life
  • Establish the overall style and creative vision for the brand, and marketing collaterals.
  • Participating in pitches and new business development
  • Identify and develop new ideas and ways of reaching audiences to achieve marketing and sales objectives
  • Deliver marketing campaign creative and assets as needed.

Who we’re looking for to be our co-founder and partner

Technical Co-Founder

We’re seeking a strong, hands-on leader to take on the role of co-founder to join our team. Initially, the role will entail work to take our products and services to the next level. You will be an equity partner, and like the other co-founders, will receive compensation once we have raised funds and/or generate revenue.

As a co-founder, you will be a visionary leader who is all too happy to dive into technology and innovation. You will help us become a leading organization in the home services industry, and you will be responsible for developing a framework for our platform that can be scaled to enhance future functionality.

What you’ll be doing

  • Help build and lead a team to support and manage front-end and back-end programming
  • Participating in new business development
  • Review the day to day delivery of work by junior staff, ensuring a robust process implementation, identifying project/program delivery risks and outcomes
  • Apply skills and knowledge to develop creative solutions to meet business needs
  • Provide technical analysis and guidance on technical issues and recommend solutions
  • Work proactively to address project requirements and articulate any challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks
  • Accountable for all phases of the development process—analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation
  • Create customer-facing applications using the latest technologies which will shape the future of our platform

Marketing Intern

We are currently recruiting for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern who will assist the team with a variety of marketing responsibilities. Working alongside our team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop an understanding of key marketing principles, and work on some great campaigns.

Must Haves:

  • Degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Assist with strategy creation for content marketing campaigns, including determining what to write about, proofreading and occasionally writing articles as needed.
  • Create a strategy for email marketing campaigns, including writing email copy.
  • Design, build, and maintain a social media presence.
  • Track, monitor, and ensure that campaigns are delivering against all KPIs by reporting on campaign performance.
  • Monitor industry changes and developments in digital marketing.
  • Prepare pitch presentations for new clients and manage the relationship with existing clients.
